Responsibilities:

  • Develop unique flavor combinations using chocolate.
  • Design visually appealing chocolate decorations and garnishes.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient production.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in chocolate-making.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management of chocolate and ingredients.
  • Train and supervise junior pastry staff members.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef Chocolatier or similar role.
  • Strong skills in working with chocolate.
  • Artistic and creative abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to create a variety of chocolate-based desserts.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
