- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient production.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in chocolate-making.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management of chocolate and ingredients.
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff members.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef Chocolatier or similar role.
- Strong skills in working with chocolate.
- Artistic and creative abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to create a variety of chocolate-based desserts.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
