Organizational Development Specialist

 

Description:

Knowledge and expertise:

1. Job analysis, evaluation and job profiling.

2. Review and periodically develop the company's organizational structure and departments.

3. Develop human resources policies and procedures and design appropriate models.

4. Analyze human resources work to identify and address any deviations from policies.

5. Design and follow-up of the staff performance appraisal system and follow-up of departments and help prepare them.

6. Follow-up periodic performance panel with all departments and present it to senior management on time.

7. Prepare periodic reports with all departments and submit them to senior management on time.

8. Doing exit interviews for resigning staff.

9. Analyse the reasons for the resignation of staff, submit periodic reports and provide solutions.

10. Make a functional succession plan and ensure its application.

11. Workforce planning work.

12. Assist in defining departmental objectives and follow-up to ensure their achievement.

13. Maintaining the salary ladder of employees and job grades and addressing any deviations periodically.
