Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement workforce planning strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in organizational design and adapts to changing business needs.
  • Analyze current and future workforce needs of the organization based on business objectives
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition team to ensure alignment with workforce planning strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and design solutions that support their business functions.
  • Forecast workforce supply and demand to identify potential gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the new structure through data analysis and feedback from stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitoring and adapting the organizational design to ensure it remains aligned with the companies Strategic KPIs.

Mandatory requirements:

  • Saudi National applicants only (for nationalisation purposes)
  • 5 years experience in HR minimum
  • Bachelors degree
  • strong experience in Organizational Development
