Oracle Fusion Supply Planning Expert

Description:

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Supply Planning Expert Functional Consultant with a minimum of 6
years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful
Oracle Fusion implementations, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Supply
planning within the Food and Manufacturing industry. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Oracle Fusion Supply Planning implementation projects from start to finish,
ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into
functional specifications and solutions.
Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Supply Planning modules to meet specific business needs
and industry standards.
Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices for Supply planning processes within the
Food and Manufacturing sectors.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful adoption
of the implemented solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Fusion Supply Planning, providing ongoing
support and maintenance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion updates and industry trends to continuously improve
the implementation process.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clear and
concise information flow.
Prepare detailed documentation, including functional designs, test plans, and user manuals.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Supply Planning Functional Consultant.
Additional expertise in other Fusion Modules expected.
Proven experience with multiple Oracle Fusion implementations, preferably in the Food and
Manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of demand & Supply planning processes and best practices. Sales and
Operations Planning Processes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact
with stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion Supply Planning are highly desirable.
