Description:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering either IT or Computer Science
  • Excellent Communication (Arabic & English) and Leadership skills (Ownership and Accountability)
  • Oracle HCM Consultant with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the Oracle HRMS/HCM domain in the reputed organizations in onsite-offshore model / multi-culture environment
  • Knowledge and work experience with most of the Fusion ERP Cloud HCM modules, including
  • Global HCM, Absence Management, Onboarding, Recruitment, Resource Help Desk
  • Benefits, Payroll Interfaces, Workforce Directory Mgmt, Workforce Modelling, Workforce Prediction, Work life Solution, Payroll Cloud, Time & Labour
  • Learning Cloud, Workforce Compensation, Goal Mgmt, Performance Mgmt, Talent Review and Succession, Career Development, Digital Assistance
  • BPM Approvals, and Fusion Reporting tools like OTBI
  • OIC with other Oracle Modules are plus
  • Data & IT Security (PCI and GDPR)
  • Saudi HR regulatory aspects are plus
  • Must have 4+ experience in Oracle EBS HRMS implementations or support exposure
  • Must have 4+ experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or support exposure
  • Ability to work in team, keenness to learn new modules/functionality as per the project needs
  • Ability to understand the customer requirements, customer queries, independent to resolve or solution the problems, maintain SLA
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional and technical team members
  • Should possess the knowledge of HRMS/HCM setup and configuration across EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion. Good understanding of business flows, and Oracle EBS/Fusion HRMS/HCM processes
  • Knowledge of other modules integration from a functional point of view is value-added advantage
  • Knowledge of handling service tickets, SLA, incidents, change requests (CR)
  • Should have the capability to embrace the established methodology as part of the initiation to deployment processes
  • Possess analytical and debugging skills, particularly in a Fusion cloud environment, and have knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Fast Formula
  • Ability to create reports in OTBI
  • Possess good debugging skills in the Fusion environment
  • Candidate should have the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, interact and communicate effectively with internal team members independently, and possess excellent communication skill
  • Oracle Fusion HCM certification would be a value-added advantage
