Must-Have:

• 5+ years of experience working as an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant
• Experienced in maintaining and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules/solutions
• Experienced in providing configuration updates for Oracle applications
• Well-versed in documentation, reports, and user training
• Prior experience working with construction industry

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or any related field
• Any relevant certifications
