Job Overview: We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the day-to-day operations of our exclusive beach club. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in managing high-end leisure or hospitality establishments. As a Saudi National fluent in both English and Arabic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations, exceptional service, and the overall success of the club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all operational aspects of the beach club, including guest services, facility management, and staff supervision to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled professionals. Foster a positive work environment, provide ongoing training, and implement performance evaluations to maintain high employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Guest Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience. Address and resolve guest concerns and feedback promptly, ensuring a consistently high level of service and satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures. Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and ensure profitability.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure that the beach club operates in compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines. Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure the quality and timeliness of products and services. Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes effectively
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the leisure, hospitality, or luxury service sectors.
- Saudi National with in-depth knowledge of local market dynamics and cultural sensitivities.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, manage complex operations, and drive business success.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management and financial analysis.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
