Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a team of operational staff.
- Maintain and optimize the company's vehicle fleet, including vehicle maintenance, inspections,
- and coordinating with the maintenance team for repairs and servicing.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of rental vehicles, ensuring availability and proper allocation to meet customer demands.
- Ensure high-quality customer service by training and supervising staff in dealing with customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently and courteously.
- Oversee the reservation system, manage vehicle scheduling, and ensure accurate booking records.
- Must ensure that an aggressive sales strategy is adopted to achieve sales and revenue.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements related to car rentals and ensure the company's adherence to them.
- Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize operational expenses.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics.
- Handle escalated customer issues and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and manage budgets for operational expenses, capital investments, and improvements.
- Contribute to the growth of the car rental business by identifying opportunities for expansion, improved service offerings, and customer engagement.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience
- Job Type: Full-time
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Car Rental Industry in similar role
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- Demonstrates good communication skills: English and Arabic
- Driver's License: (Preferred)
