Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and effectively addressing customer inquiries.
- Welcoming and receiving all guests, trainees, and clients of the institute.
- Coordinating training courses within the institute, ensuring their smooth organization.
- Preparing comprehensive files that contain trainee information and details of accredited courses.
- Responding to official emails and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
- Regularly reviewing the institute's needs and providing necessary reports.
- Overseeing all administrative matters within the institute to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills:
- Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with the public.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent computer skills.
