Job Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and effectively addressing customer inquiries.
  • Welcoming and receiving all guests, trainees, and clients of the institute.
  • Coordinating training courses within the institute, ensuring their smooth organization.
  • Preparing comprehensive files that contain trainee information and details of accredited courses.
  • Responding to official emails and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Regularly reviewing the institute's needs and providing necessary reports.
  • Overseeing all administrative matters within the institute to ensure smooth operations.

 

Required Skills:

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with the public.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent computer skills.
