Description:
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in overseeing last mile, 3PL, and 4PL operations (Food & Parcel). Collaborating closely with our Operations Manager and Project Managers, your responsibilities include:
- Managing and coordinating all aspects of the supply chain.
- Organizing, monitoring, and optimizing delivery operations.
- Implementing logistics solutions for ongoing projects.
- Ensuring excellent and exceptional service delivery to our customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations coordination in last mile / 3PL , logistics management or supply chain management.
- Excellent knowledge of logistics and supply chain systems & related software's.
- Solid understanding of last mile, 3PL, and 4PL operations. (Only preferring with similar experience)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Efficient time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and logistics management software.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (professional level).
- Supply Chain Certificates or courses are an added advantage.
