Operational And Training Director

 

Description:

Connectalents is hiring Operational & Training Director for a global investor and near 80-year-old network of internationally diversified businesses in KSA, and they have a presence in 35 countries.

Responsibilities:

- Identify key projects for the organization and ensure that the necessary knowledge management framework to impart training and build operational expertise is developed.

- Develop the operational framework and establishing internal KPIs or parameters to measure the effectiveness of trainings imparted, success of projects under study and associate performance.

- Establish strategies in ensuring training programs are implemented according to plan.

- Develop the annual operational plan for the training institute which clearly defining the activities, trainings and projects that would be undertaken.

- Responsible for identifying key projects which will improve the soft skill and hard skill of the associates and ensuring that necessary technical training is provided to the operational units.

- Monitor the effectiveness of the training institute programs being delivered by measuring performance against the set KPIs and take corrective action wherever necessary.

- Guide and mentor, the training institute team in building understanding of the principles and undertake career planning activities for them.

- Develop and align in house training program with the overall business associate development plan to maximize the resources in achieving the objectives.

- Monitor the maintenance of professional ethics and compliance with the company policies and procedures.

- Build a correct mix of technical and non-technical expertise to be able to cater to both on field project requirements as well as impart classroom conceptual trainings

- Develop the processes and policies and ensure that all operational activities adhere to these.

Requirements:

- BS. Engineering, BA Management or equivalent

- 8 -10 years of overall experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role

- Time Management,

- Management of Personnel Resources, Monitoring and Implementation

- Active Learning, Stress Tolerance, Achievement/Effort, Awareness and Problem-Solving Skill

- Problem Sensitivity, Deductive Reasoning, Good knowledge of different business functions

- English Fluency.
