Job Position: PMO Coordinator
The candidate should be Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field (PMP Certification is a plus). He should have minimum 10 years of experience in which 5 years in Project management office.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Support: - Collaborate with the PMO team to support project management activities, including planning, monitoring, and execution. - Assist in resolving project-related issues and challenge
- Coordination: - Coordinate with various departments and project teams to facilitate smooth project operations. - Ensure alignment between different departments and PMO initiatives.
- Performance Assessment: - Contribute to the evaluation of company and staff performance in meeting project objectives. - Support the identification of areas for program improvement and policy enhancements.
- Administrative Support: - Provide administrative assistance to the VP of PMO, including preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and maintaining documentation.
- Policy Drafting and Monitoring: - Draft and update policies and procedures related to PMO and construction processes. - Monitor the implementation and adherence to established policies and procedures across projects and departments. - Recommend improvements and adjustments to policies and procedures as needed to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Memos and Compliance: - Draft memos and official communications as needed for project-related matters. - Ensure that memos are distributed to relevant parties and that compliance with their directives is tracked and reported.
- Stakeholder Communication: - Help facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal teams. - Assist in responding to inquiries and requests for project information.
