Designation: Consultant Physician

Education : Bachelor’s degree in medicine OR

Board certification or equivalent in Family Medicine recognized by DHP.

Job Description :

Provide technical advice to the Director on Clinical Competency evaluations of Physicians Category Review/ modify the evaluation framework, checklist, and tools to best suit to various medical specialties in line with the scope of practice.

Plan, develop, analyze, and interpret clinical competency evaluations and present data to the Director of Clinical Effectiveness and to the Clinical Competency Committee (CCC).

Review the evaluation outcomes and provide feedback to the Director of Clinical Effectiveness

Experience and Knowledge :

Minimum 7 years of experience in a role with similar responsibilities in a reputed health care organization (accredited by JCIA, Accreditation Canada or ACGME / and any National accreditation).

Relevant experience in Clinical Competency Evaluations.

Clinical knowledge gained through training &/or experience.

Experience in Academia (Teaching and supervising FM Residents)

Experience in developing objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) Test modules.
