Description:

1. Minimum of 4 years of comprehensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including a proven track record of extensive work with One Identity Manager.
2. Strong understanding of end-to-end user lifecycle processes, covering architecture, design, engineering, implementation, and operations. Specialization in leveraging the capabilities of One Identity Manager is highly desirable.
3. Proficient in problem management and troubleshooting specific to One Identity Manager, able to efficiently analyze and resolve technical issues.
4. Demonstrated expertise in identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) workflows, user recertification, role management, and the implementation of role-based access control (RBAC) models.
5. Extensive experience integrating identity governance systems with on-premise and cloud applications. Proven track record of establishing custom integrations using diverse connectors such as SCIM, SOAP, database, RESTful APIs, and web services.
6. Familiarity with IT applications like Active Directory and Exchange would be advantageous.
