Description:

Key Responsibilities:
 Mail Management: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing shipments.
 Office Supplies: Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinate office maintenance and repairs with vendors and service providers.
 Office Events: Assist in setting up and organizing office spaces for meetings, events, and conferences.
 Facilities Support: Support the facilities team in keeping the office clean and organized.
 Admin Assistance: Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments.
 Office Relocation: Assist with office moves, packing and unpacking office equipment and furniture.
Office Equipment: Monitor and maintain office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and safety guidelines.
Printing Services: Handle large printing and binding requests, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Requirements:

  •  Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  •  Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in office administration, facilities management, or a similar role.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
