Description:
The main responsibilities will include:
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
- Organize office operations and procedures and order office supplies.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
- Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office leases.
- Manage office budget, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware, and travel arrangements)
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, such as celebrations and conferences.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply for this position.
- 3+ years experience as an Office Manager.
- Must have experience within the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
