Office Manager

 

Description:

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
  • Organize office operations and procedures and order office supplies.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary.
  • Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment.
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office leases.
  • Manage office budget, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Address employees' queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware, and travel arrangements)
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services.
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, such as celebrations and conferences.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

  • Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply for this position.
  • 3+ years experience as an Office Manager.
  • Must have experience within the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
