Job Description:

  • Keep record for all project documents / submittals in an organized structure on server for easy follow-up & tracking.
  • Participate in preparing technical & financial proposals.
  • Receive, download, store, issue, and track documents using electronic system.
  • Control over documentation issuance, modification & distribution in addition to archiving files.
  • Produce logs, transmittals, and other reports as required.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of project documentation to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with project teams to collect and organize project-related documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
  • Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Ensure reports and outputs are in line with formatting standards.

 

Qualifications

  • Resident in KSA.
  • Bachelor in civil / architecture engineering.
  • Arabic language proficiency in writing & speaking.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Experience within engineering consulting firms is a plus.
  • Good planning, organization and presentation capability.
  • Very good English language.
  • The candidate should be motivated, creative and hard-worker.
  • Ability to work solely or as part of a team.
