Office Assistant

 

Description:

1.Pay attention to various aspects of employees, from recruitment to departure, and focus on their growth and development.

2.Responsible for employee management, including monitoring work performance, attendance, and other related matters.

3.Handle daily administrative tasks, including office affairs management and office supplies management.

4.Ensure smooth operation and management of daily company affairs.

 

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university, any major is acceptable. Proficiency in Spanish and English as working languages.

2.Proficient in using Office software.

3.Possess interpersonal skills, excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and management skills. Strong team spirit, customer service orientation, attention to detail, strong execution capability, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.

4.Able to handle tasks in an organized manner. With rich experience in handling various unexpected events, possess strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to effectively resolve difficulties and problems in a timely manner.
