Description:
- Coordinating for tender document collection
- Coordinating all tender related communications
- Assisting in preparation of tenders and coordinating with related departments for tender submissions.
- Assisting in preparation of pre-tender clarifications
- Inter-departmental circulation of incoming & outgoing correspondences related to tenders
- Preparation of Tender Bonds
- Preparation of documents (Technical & Commercial) for tender submissions as per the tender requirement
- Inter-departmental coordination for the proper communication and submission of tenders.
- Coordinating and preparing post-tender clarifications.
- Filing of submitted documents
- Assisting in preparation of quotations.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in handling fit out tender submissions is mandatory
