This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist at Express Therapy in Jeddah. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy to patients, evaluating patient's abilities and developing treatment plans, collaborating with medical professionals to coordinate patient care, and maintaining documentation and patient records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Occupational therapy
- A minimum of 2 years of proven paediatric experience
- Possession of a Saudi Commission for Health Specialities (SCHS) or eligibility from home country ( i.e. HCPC, HCPSA)
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Proficient in both written and spoken Arabic is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Skilled in conducting assessments and generating progress reports
- Experience with Sensory Integration and SCERTS ® methodologies
- Perform standardized assessments, write report results and discuss it with parents or relevant individuals
- Write an individualized OT plan that targets students' weaknesses. Indicate methods, strategies and evaluation procedure in the IEP.
- Work with a team (collaborate with colleagues) to design, plan and provide an excellent collaborative learning environment.
