Description:

• Timely execution of pre-alert process to prevent any operational delays.

• Execution of the RABTH High-Value process; ensure it is performed properly and efficiently.

• Execution of high value bayan generation process via customer ID/CR using the XBS system.

• Execution of high value bayan generation process through authorization codes in the XBS system.

• Execution of high value bayan generation processes using the Fasah system.

• Timely execution of low value Manifesting process using XBS system.

• Timely execution of low value bayan generation processes using the Fasah system.

• Timely execution of low value bayan generation using the XBS system.

• Execution of bayan generation status process and acting promptly on any discrepancies or issues.

• Responsible for the timely and accurate download of statistical bayans as required.

• Responsible for sharing payment batches in a timely manner.

• Efficiently input details such as AWB number, Invoice type, Invoice number, quantity, weight, origin, commodity

value authorization code, and Importer ID.

• Enter HS Code data from Invoice, referring to the HS Code Master Data based on the nature of the commodity when HS Code is not present on the invoice. Select the appropriate HS Code where multiple options exist, preferring the one attracting the lowest duty rate.

• Include the Arabic HS Code description from the HS Code Master Data based on the HS Code.

Extraction of Shipper Invoice:

• Efficiently input details such as AWB number, Invoice type, Invoice number, quantity, weight, origin, commodity

value authorization code, and Importer ID.

• Enter HS Code data from Invoice, referring to the HS Code Master Data based on the nature of the commodity when HS Code is not present on the invoice. Select the appropriate HS Code where multiple options exist, preferring the one attracting the lowest duty rate.

Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications & Certificates

• Graduate degree.

• Basic communication skills including command on English reading & writing.

• Expertise in MS Excel.
