• Selling Services

• Project Lifecycle Management

• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing

Improvement activities wherever necessary

• Client Satisfaction KPI development and reporting

• Communicate with stakeholders on project performance and project issues.

• Define and implement improvement plans to meet SLA and KPI

• Build and maintain client relationships both internally and externally

• Able to work independently with minimal direction

• Flexibility and availability for escalation purposes for assigned customers

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of ITIL disciplines

• Network& Security background
