Description:
Responsibilities:
• Monitor network systems, servers, and applications using network monitoring tools.
• Detect and escalate incidents, alarms, and service requests according to established procedures.
• Provide real-time analysis of incidents and initiate appropriate responses.
• Conduct initial troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.
• Escalate incidents to higher-level support teams when necessary, providing detailed information for resolution following established procedures.
• Serve as the first point of contact for reporting technical issues.
• Maintain communication with clients, keeping them informed of incident status and resolution progress.
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate incident resolution.
• Respond to alerts generated by monitoring systems and take appropriate actions.
• Acknowledge and document alerts, ensuring that all necessary information is captured for escalation.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing user inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
