Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Technical Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level network and security troubleshooting, serving as an on-site Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) for our valued customers.
- Customer Relationship Building: Establish and cultivate strong relationships with customer operational teams, such as Service Operations or Network Support.
- Transfer of Information (ToI): Share knowledge and insights to enhance the technical skills and processes of our customers.
- Analysis and Reporting: Deliver detailed Root Cause Analysis, Software Referral, and Reactive Trend Analysis to proactively manage network issues.
- Quarterly Business Review (QBR): Lead the technical section of the QBR, building trust, articulating value, and providing your expert point of view.
Requirements:
- Network/Security Troubleshooting: Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting network and security issues, functioning effectively as an on-site TAC.
- Professionalism: Ability to engage and communicate effectively with Executive Management.
- CCIE Certified: Hold a valid CCIE certification.
