Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage core network operations. Oversee Ericsson CS & International domains with a focus on innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
 Lead a team of 20 CS BO resources for daily operations.
 Serve as the primary interface with the customer-side Core Director.
 Manage change, configuration, release, risk, problem & incident processes.
 Troubleshoot and optimize core network performance.
 Operate on Ericsson platforms: BSP 8100, AXE 810, APZ 212 50/60, APG43L, CPP.
 Resolve international roaming issues; coordinate with partners.
 Automate network activities using AI & ML.
 Utilize scripting (Shell, VB, SQL, Python) and databases (MongoDB).
 Work with ELK stack, Angular, and REST API technologies.
 Qualifications:
 Advanced O&M expertise in Ericsson IMS/WCDMA/GSM networks.
 Strong understanding of signaling protocols (SS7/IP, SIP, Diameter, etc.).
 Proficient with protocol analyzers (K15, Masterclaw, Wireshark).
 Experience in integrating new nodes & managing HW/SW upgrades.
 Excellent troubleshooting & emergency handling skills.
 Fluent in English with stellar communication abilities.
 Capable of independent work under pressure; flexible with working hours.
 Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
