Mena Associate Director

Description:

We are looking for a MENA Associate Director to join our team.

As the Regional Director, North America for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the student recruitment strategy, and team leadership for our talented North America team based in Dubai and the wider region. You will take specific responsibility for recruitment to North American partner universities and supporting our Northern American university partners to reach their internationalization goals from within the region.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Degree educated.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the MENA region.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding recruitment targets, ideally for a North American education institution(s).
• In-depth knowledge of the local business culture, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English with Arabic as a desirable.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Flexible and adaptable approach with the ability to pivot and operate with ambiguity.
• Ability to travel within the MENA region and internationally as needed with 10-12 weeks per year expectation
