Medical Sales Representative

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and advocate for our portfolio of medications.
  • Secure market access and drive adoption of new pharmaceutical products.
  • Identify and develop relationships with potential clients, focusing on healthcare institutions and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare providers to understand their needs and align our solutions accordingly.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

 

Requirements:

  • Local nationals are preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
  • Two-year experience or below in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a key account management role.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market landscape in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
  • Dealing with Microsoft and CRM systems
