Job Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
Previous experience in KSA as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Familiarity with medical terminology is an advantage.
Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
