Roles And Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of mechanical projects
- Should act a transition engineer from Construction to Testing & Commissioning of Mechanical equipments such as HVAC, Chillers, VRV, Piping, Ducting, MEP, Fire fighting and relevant equipments.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Manage resources, budget, and timelines to ensure project completion within the defined parameters. Perform detailed engineering calculations and analyses
- Review and approve technical drawings and specifications
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure project compliance with specifications and industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Electrical, Mechanical, architects, contractors, and suppliers
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma Mechanical engineering or a related field with 7 to 10 years of experience in project execution within the field of mechanical engineering
- Strong knowledge and expertise in HVAC systems, AHU,chillers, VRV, piping, ducting, firefighting systems, MEP, and other mechanical utility equipments.
- Should have worked on larger projects like metrorail, airports, and commercial malls will be preferable, and should have worked with Middle Eastern countries for a period of 34 years.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Experience in man management
