Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote exhibitions, events, and gallery initiatives.
Campaign Management: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.
Content Creation: Create compelling content for promotional materials, press releases, newsletters, social media, and the gallery’s website.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the gallery’s social media presence, engaging with followers and creating content to boost online visibility.
Event Promotion: Coordinate and promote gallery events, including exhibitions, openings, and special programs.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the gallery’s brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Partnerships and Sponsorships: Develop and manage relationships with media outlets, sponsors, and partners to increase the gallery’s reach and impact.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and monitoring ROI.
Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Art History, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the arts or cultural sector.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, including digital and social media marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and interact with diverse audiences.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing software).
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for art and a deep understanding of the art world is highly desirable.
