Description:

Client Relationship Management:

• Act as a point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Understand client project requirements and provide tailored engineering consulting solutions.

• Foster long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat business and referrals.

• Assist clients with registration processes on governmental and private procurement platforms.

Market Analysis & Strategy Development:

• Conduct competitor analysis and research to refine sales and marketing strategies.

• Stay updated on industry trends, government regulations, and new project announcements.

• Identify and propose new service offerings based on client demand and market conditions.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

• Monitor and report on key sales and marketing performance metrics.

• Provide regular updates on business development activities, revenue projections, and market trends.

• Utilize CRM tools, marketing analytics, and sales dashboards to optimize business development efforts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.

Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of B2B sales, marketing strategies, and business development.

• Experience in acquiring and attracting new clients and handling customer registrations.

• Familiarity with government procurement platforms and bidding processes.

• Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
