Description:
The main responsibilities will include:
- Identifying opportunities for partnership with business leaders; initiating market access initiatives
- Providing appropriate strategies and tools to monitor and address policy developments related to localization, privatization, and other policy changes, which may affect Pricing and Access.
- Ensuring the implementation of a strategy for obtaining and maximizing market access.
- Partnering with key market stakeholders and centers to understand and elicit the Market Access requirements; mapping key stakeholders and thought leaders.
- Designing and implementing innovative solutions and services in market access Based on changes in healthcare trends, setting strategies and action plans.
- Other such duties may be reasonably required by the business.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Saudi Nationals are encouraged to apply for this position.
- Bachelor’s Degree. MBA is an advantage.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a market access manager within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Diabetes experience is a must.
- Business/marketing or sales experience and the ability to link insight to funding and reimbursement in-market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
