✅ 10+ years of experience in Manpower Analysis & Planning within the construction industry.
✅ Strong expertise in workforce assessment, resource allocation, and project-based manpower forecasting.
✅ In-depth knowledge of Target Operating Models (TOM) using manpower analysis tools.
✅ Fluency in Arabic is a must.
