Description:
Responsibilities:
- handling manpower department with all current & new client
- Gulf or Saudi experience as a team leader or manager for manpower/recruitment/supply manpower department
- Like Aramco SMP, Sabic, Neom, Marafiq, Maaden, Saudi electricity, etc
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in manpower planning, recruitment, and management roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong understanding of manpower planning and allocation processes and strategies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Team leader / In Charge / Assistant Manager with a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 3 years as Team Leader
