• Cross-collaboration within products and Areas in Region.
• Interdependent with other Area Managing Directors in Region.
• Regional product teams.
• KAM to ensure development efforts are suited to Global / Regional / Local customer needs.
   

External stakeholders:
 

• Local authorities
• Potential Local customer executives
   

What You Bring
 

• Leadership – successful track record in managing a multifunctional and distributed team in a B2B environment.
• Ability to mobilize and engage the team towards a common goal
• Actively leading for controls, governance and our Maersk Values
• Experience in leading business with operational infrastructure (depots, warehouses, intermodal)
• Customer centric approach to leading a business
• Knowledge of Local logistics infrastructure and competition
• Knowledge and relationships with key Local stakeholders incl. Local authorities and major customer industries
• Comfortable with approximately 25% international travel per annum.
