Manager/assistant Manager –financial Forensics & Risk

Description:

Required Experience & Skills: Average of 8-10 of hands on experience in the domains of governance, risk, compliance and internal audit (strongly recommended to be in the consultancy). Preferably to be certified as GRCA, GRCP, CISA, CISA or any other relevant professional qualifications.

Scope of Services for the resources:

• Develop, assess and optimize client’s governance landscape including compliance and riskframeworks.
• Develop and review the current compliance and ERM processes including updating risk registers.
• Applying the relevant techniques, methodologies and model to report on / communicate the results of frameworks.
• Monitor and improve the client’s compliance and risk operational plan and update / recommend to update any action to enhance the plan.
• Defining and documenting business process responsibilities and ownership of the controls.
• During the work, demonstrate the ability to guide, supervise and coach staff.
