Manager Sales

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in construction projects.
• Engage with architects and consultants to specify products in project plans.
• Conduct site visits, product presentations, and consultations.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Maintain and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Track sales pipeline, forecast activities, and report progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years in construction sales - Tiles and Stones (Flooring products);
• 3-5 years supervisory experience.
• Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and project management skills. Familiarity with construction materials and standards.
• Travel: 80% travel required.
• Additional: Valid driver’s license
