Key Responsibilities:

  • Turnover Management: Collaborate with the leadership team to oversee the entire turnover process, ensuring a seamless shift in management.
  • Strategic Advising: Provide strategic guidance to the new leadership, offering insights and recommendations to optimize operations and drive growth.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the integration of new leadership and drive organizational alignment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the company's operations and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement frameworks to track the progress of the turnover phase and ongoing performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a consulting firm, specializing in organizational transformation and change management.
  • Proficiency in creating high-impact PowerPoint presentations to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Immediate availability to start the 3-month contract.
