Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measurement frameworks to track the progress of the turnover phase and ongoing performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a consulting firm, specializing in organizational transformation and change management.
Proficiency in creating high-impact PowerPoint presentations to communicate complex ideas effectively.
