KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tenant Relations:

Foster positive relationships with tenants and address any concerns or issues promptly.

Coordinate regular meetings with tenants to discuss feedback, promotions, and upcoming events.

Operational Management:

Oversee the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the mall.

Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.

Collaborate with maintenance and security teams to address any issues promptly.

Build strong relationships with the local community and participate in community events.

Seek opportunities for the mall to contribute positively to the community
QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's degree in Business Management.

Proven experience in mall management or a similar role.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of retail trends, marketing strategies, and property management.
