Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enforce comprehensive loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Conduct audits, investigations, and assessments to identify and address risks.
• Train and support store teams in implementing loss prevention measures.
• Analyze operational data to detect trends and recommend proactive solutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve loss incidents and improve processes.
• Prepare detailed reports for management on loss incidents, trends, and prevention performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends to ensure best practices in loss prevention.

Qualifications:
• Experience: 3-5 years in loss prevention or a related role, preferably in retail.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in managing loss prevention strategies and systems.
• Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management systems
