Logistic Sales Manager

 

Description:

Detailed Position Requirements: • responsible for developing and growing a personal Book of Business (BOB) within the Branch's geographical reach.

• Your primary focus will be to implement company commercial strategies and products to accelerate growth and meet revenue targets.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts within the assigned geographical area.

• Identify and prioritize key prospects and industries to target for business development.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with internal teams including operations, customer service, and management to ensure seamless execution of services and fulfillment of customer requirements.

• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to management.

Skills \ Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field preferred.

• Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.

• Strong understanding of logistics processes, including ocean freight, road freight, and local transportation services.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
