Key Responsibilities:
✅ Implement marketing plans at the store level.
✅ Conduct daily store visits to ensure brand consistency.
✅ Collaborate with operations teams and vendors to enhance brand execution.
✅ Identify and resolve marketing challenges impacting store performance.
✅ Monitor and report on store performance and campaign effectiveness.
✅ Establish partnerships with high-traffic locations for brand exposure.
✅ Support low-performing stores through service and process evaluations.
✅ Coordinate with area managers for daily marketing follow-ups.
✅ Regularly meet with the LSM Marketing Manager to discuss strategies and improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Experience in local store marketing, retail marketing, or brand activation.
🔹 Strong communication and coordination skills.
🔹 Ability to analyze store performance and provide actionable insights.
🔹 Knowledge of the Saudi market and consumer behavior is a plus.
