Job description：

1. Assist in building up and implement internal policies, code of conduct, contract management and other legal issues

2. Assist Legal Cousel to fulfill the assigned tasks

3. Review, draft, and modify contracts and other legal documents

4. Deal with general corporate matters

5. Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of legal matters, including regulatory compliance, labor law, and dispute resolution

6. Represent the company in court to handle litigation cases and provide regular updates on the disputed issues and progress of the pending cases

7. Analyze the causes of the cases and provide recommendations for improvement to prevent recurrence

8. Complete other legal-related tasks and general legal matters

Job requirements:

1. Graduating from reputable law school;

2. Holding KSA law practice license is a plus but not a must;

3. PQE 2-3 years in legal, focusing on corporate and commercial affairs; experience at reputable law firm will be a plus;

4. Logistics related working experience is a plus;

5. Proficient in legal English; excellent communication skills;

6. Integrity, teamwork spirit, responsible and be able to work under pressure.
