📌 Job Responsibilities:

Manage and organize administrative and secretarial tasks within the office.

Effectively communicate with various departments and coordinate appointments and meetings.

Oversee and manage daily correspondence and filing.

Provide essential administrative support to the executive team and assist in preparing reports and documents.

📌 Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Minimum of one year of experience in secretarial or administrative work.

Excellent communication skills with strong organizational abilities.

Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
