We are looking for a passionate and experienced Legal Consultant to provide specialized and accurate legal advice that supports the company's legal operations, with a focus on technical projects and government contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Job Summary & Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze contracts and legal agreements to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Draft legal memoranda and present clear recommendations that comply with the law.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop legal solutions that meet client needs.
• Advise on matters related to the Saudi Government Procurement Law and Labor Law.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of Saudi judicial systems and litigation procedures, particularly in commercial, labor, and administrative cases.

Main Requirements:

• Holding a law degree from an accredited university.
• At least 10 years of experience in providing legal consultations, preferably in IT companies dealing with government projects.
