They are looking for an experienced Legal & Compliance Director with a strong construction background in Saudi Arabia.

This role involves managing legal affairs, promoting compliance and integrity, and fostering an ethical culture to support business objectives and uphold the organisation’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

📜 Oversee the Legal and Ethics Department

🏢 Corporate Housekeeping

🗣️ General Counsel and Advisory

⚖️ Litigations and regulatory investigations

🚫 Compliance and ethics

👤 You will be reporting directly to the CEO and hold a senior position within the company.

Requirements:

- 🎓 15 years+ corporate legal experience, with significant exposure to roles in corporate ethics and compliance. This experience should include leadership roles within corporate legal departments, demonstrating a deep understanding of legal frameworks, ethical standards, and compliance mechanisms in a corporate setting.

- 🌐 7 years+ experience as Legal Director, General Counsel, or similar role in Saudi Arabia, preferably with listed companies or a large construction company.

- 📜 A Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification (Bachelor / Master of Law) is required.
