Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) for Retail Property is responsible for driving growth through the acquisition of new retail property clients and the expansion of existing relationships. This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the retail property market, strong networking skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities : Business Development:
- Identify and target potential retail property clients through market research and networking.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the company's market presence.

- Client Relationship Management:

- Market Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.

- Qualifications and Skills : Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the retail property sector.
- Strong understanding of the retail property market and industry trends.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
