Leasing Assistant Manager

 

Description:

We are hiring Leasing Assistant Managers for 3 roles across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic speaker with experience in retail leasing, negotiation, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing leasing activities for retail properties.
Identify and attract potential tenants to maximize occupancy.
Negotiate lease agreements and terms in line with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
Provide market insights and leasing performance reports to management.

Requirements:
Experience in retail leasing or a related role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam.
