Lead Interior Designer

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Interior Designer located in Al Khobar. The Lead Interior Designer will be responsible for overseeing and executing interior design projects from conception to completion. They will manage space planning, create construction drawings, coordinate with architects and contractors, and ensure that all design elements such as FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) are integrated seamlessly. The role involves client consultations, project management, and budget oversight to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design skills
• Ability to develop and review Construction Drawings
• Experience in Architecture
• Knowledge of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Professional certification or license in interior design is a plus
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in commercial design projects is preferred.
