An Employment Services Company based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawyer to join their legal department.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of law matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal issues and develop effective strategies.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees and managers on legal matters.
Qualifications:
- LLB from an accredited law school.
- Master’s in International Law is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within a Law Firm or at an appropriate level.
- Proficiency in English is MUST.
- Drafting and litigation skills.
- Strong technical skills across all Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential.
- Expert in international and local law, have an understanding of the procedures and substantive laws in different countries.
- Track record of excellence in client service.
- High level of awareness concerning international issues.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are consistently met.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
